A New Way to Get Our Digital Editions

Starting October 30, 2017, we’ll host digital subscriptions and digital single issues of America in WWII and America in WWII Special Issues directly. America in WWII will be here — and America in WWII Special Issues will be here.

We’re taking down our apps from iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon Appmarket, and converting to a direct subscription system. We’ll host our issues using the highly interactive Lily platform from BlueToad.com. Lily works beautifully on all handheld devices, and on PCs and Macs, too. It will make interaction with each issue easier and more enjoyable.

What About Issues I’ve Already Purchased?

If you’re a current subscriber or have purchased single issues, you’ll still have access to everything you’ve paid for. And we’ll make good on all the issues that were due to you but that you did not receive in 2016–2017, when we underwent a problem with our digital issues (and for which we sincerely apologize). We’ll steadily add those issues until you’re completely caught up.

New Subscription Terms

One important change from our past system—at least for iTunes and Amazon subscribers—is that we’ll offer yearly, rather than monthly, subscriptions. Individual issues and special issues will still be available for individual purchase.

Committed to Your Satisfaction

With any conversion from one platform to another, occasional problems or glitches may arise. We’ll work with each customer to resolve any problems that arise. We’re committed to giving you a satisfying digital reading experience.

Thank you for your interest in America in WWII and America in WWII Special Issues!
